The Techincal Implementation Unit (UPT) of Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang Library is one of the scientific information centers aiding visitors in teaching and learning process. The following are the libraries' facilities:

Corners

The corners, which are the collaborations between the university and embassies in Indonesia, are available to all students, lecturers, employees, and the public. Below are the libraries' corners: 

1. UMM and Muhammadiyah Corner
   This corner provides printed collections of Islamic and Muhammadiyah studies, such as lecturer research, UMM publications, and Muhammadiyah studies
2. American Corner, China Corner, Australia Corner, Education USA
   As a result of collaboration between the International Relations Office of UMM and the embassies of several countries, the third level of the UMM library features several different corners representing America, China, Thailand, India, and Australia.  

Digital Library (DIGILIB)

The DIGILIB collection comprises UMM students' scientific works (undergraduate and master's theses, dissertations, and final projects), which have been digitized since 2004.

Journal Room

UMM library subscribes to various online journals independently and participates in a consortium with other universities under a scheme called FPPTI-Free Access to Journals from DIKTI. It also provides a journal room as a facility for tracing various journals with the assistance of the library officers.
 
Public Space

Public space is designed for visitors to relax and stud with facilities comprising audiovisual equipment, subscribed television channels, DVDs, and CDs of films with historical, educational, and commercial themes.

Recreational Corner

Recreational Corner is an assembly of entertaining and thought-provoking prints. The collection is only available for reading on the premises.

OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog)

OPAC is a searchable database of the library's collections (including books, journals, lecturer research, student theses and dissertations, and book checkouts). It is also accessible online via laser.umm.ac.id .

Education and Training Room

The room can accommodate up to sixty people and features air conditioning and multimedia tools, making it ideal for meetings, presentations, and library training.

Reading Room

The library provides a safe, comfortable, and spacious reading area with sufficient facilities such as tables, chairs, carpets, and bookcases.

Display Shelves

The bookshelves display recently-published books.

HotSpot Area

UMM library is in the hotspot zone, allowing visitors to access the internet.

Photocopy Service

Visitors can use the photocopy service if they require a collection that is not available for borrowing.

Islamic Prayer Room

Islamic prayer rooms are available on the second and third floor of the library.

Canteen

The library provides a canteen to serve the visitors.

Restroom

Restrooms are available on each floor of the library for the convenience of library visitors.
