The University of Muhammadiyah Malang Library in collaboration with FPPTI (Indonesian Higher Education Library Forum) East Java and the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia as well as Taylor and Francis Group held the event "Empowering Academic Research and Publishing On SDGs and the Library Support Workshop". This activity will be held on Wednesday 12 February 2025, with a keynote speech by Dr. Drs Joko Santoso, M. Hum (Main Secretary of the Library of the Republic of Indonesia), for the Main Speaker Prof. Dr. Indah Prihartini, MP.IPU (Lecturer at the Muhammadiyah University of Malang), Shameem Nilofar Maiden (Librarian at Singapore Management University), and Lee Pui Lee (Head of Sales and Partnerships at Tyairor Francis).

Prof. Dr. Nazarrudin Malik, SE, MS.i, as Chancellor of UMM, and Ian Jones (Vice President and Commercial Head-APAC Taylor Francis) will open the event. Several speakers will also participate in the workshop, which will be held at GKB Hall 4, Campus 3, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The participant quota is limited, and the last confirmation of attendance is February 4, 2025.
