Accreditation is an assessment from an institution that has the authority to evaluate overall infrastructure, human resources, systems, funding and so on in an agency. The results of the Accreditation or Assessment will become a label for the institution, which can provide the benefits of prestige, superior and best value so that it will increase public trust and support. For educational institutions, especially private ones, Accreditation recognition shows and ensures that the institution has met the requirements in accordance with the quality standards that have been set.
Likewise, the UMM Library has received recognition from the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia on February 28 2025 as stated in certificate NUMBER: AKR.03.01/458/2025, after accreditation was carried out on January 17 2025. Being accredited "A" shows the superiority, advantages and capabilities of the services and systems that UPT has. UMM Library. These results are a source of pride and happiness, but also as evaluation material for the UMM Library to correct shortcomings so that it can develop further with the times and be able to accommodate all library needs, because we realize that nothing is perfect.
