myUmmLibrary is a one-stop digital application developed by the Library of Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) to enhance library services for the academic community. Through this digital library platform, students, lecturers, and administrative staff can conveniently access various online services, including the featured online book loan extension and real-time loan status checking. The presence of myUmmLibrary reflects the digital transformation of UMM Library services, prioritizing efficiency, accessibility, and transparency.

The online book extension feature allows users to renew borrowed books without having to visit the circulation desk. Extensions can only be processed if the borrowed books have no outstanding fines and the request is submitted no later than one day before the due date (H-1). If there are overdue fines or the due date has passed, the system will automatically reject the renewal request. In addition, users can check their current loan records, including the list of borrowed books and their respective due dates, helping them avoid late returns and penalties.

UMM students may log in using their Student ID Number (NIM) and PIC (Personal Identification Code), while lecturers and administrative staff can log in using their institutional email and registered password. External academic community members may register first to gain access to the available services. With myUmmLibrary, UMM Library services are now more accessible anytime and anywhere.
