The UPT Library of Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang welcomed an observation visit from students of the Applied Bachelor Program in Digital Library, Faculty of Vocational Studies, Universitas Negeri Malang (UM), as part of an academic activity related to library service marketing.

This observation activity was conducted to fulfill the requirements of the Service Marketing course, focusing on library service systems, service strategies, and service management implemented at the UMM Library.

Through this activity, students are expected to gain direct insights and practical experience regarding modern library services, information literacy development, and innovative service strategies applied at Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang Library.

The UPT Library of UMM warmly welcomes this academic observation activity as a form of collaboration and strengthening relationships between educational institutions, particularly in the development of library science and information services in the digital era.

It is hoped that this observation visit will provide valuable experiences, knowledge, and inspiration for all participants in supporting their academic and professional development in the field of digital libraries.
